Introduction
Barcelona is a wonderful city with so much to see and do. There are many different neighborhoods, monuments and museums that you can visit to get the most out of the city. However, Barcelona is not like other European cities where you can spend a week there and see everything. Barcelona has a lot of great things to offer but it could take months or years before covering all of them!
Parc de la Ciutadella
The Parc de la Ciutadella is a large park in the centre of Barcelona, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the city’s natural beauty. It has several attractions:

L’Eixample is a district of Barcelona that was developed in the late 19th century. It’s known for its Modernista architecture, which includes buildings like La Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlló.
Modernista architecture was developed at the end of the 19th century by Antoni GaudÃ, who wanted to create buildings that were organic and expressive rather than just functional. He also used natural materials (stone) instead of brick or concrete like many other architects did at the time.
