Why You Should Travel to China
Introduction
If you’re looking for a new place to see and experience, China is the place to go. There are so many reasons why it’s worth visiting, from its size alone to the warm hospitality of Chinese people. So if you’re not sure whether China is right for you, read on!
It’s big. Really big.
China is the largest country in the world. It’s 4,000 miles long and 3,000 miles wide, which means it has plenty of space to explore. China also has over 5,000 mountains, 20,000 rivers and 50 lakes! If you’re looking for things to do while you’re there then look no further than China’s great outdoors: there are over 100 million people living within its borders who love nothing more than spending time together outdoors enjoying nature at its finest.
You know how everyone says the Great Wall is one of the wonders of the world? Well, it’s true.
You know how everyone says the Great Wall is one of the wonders of the world? Well, it’s true. The Great Wall stretches for over 5,500 miles and was built to protect China from invaders. It’s also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was built over many centuries by different dynasties (the Ming Dynasty being responsible for most of our section).
The best part about visiting this incredible structure is that you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore on your own or with an expert guide who can tell you all about its history–and help explain why it’s so important today!
The food is amazing.
If you’re going to China, you have to try the food! The street food is amazing–you can get everything from hot dogs to dumplings on every street corner. The local delicacies are also delicious and worth trying if they sound appealing to your palate (I had some “bugs” recently). And don’t forget about the local cuisine: there are so many different kinds of food in China that you’ll never get bored eating at home if it’s all too easy for you.
Finally, beer is an important part of Chinese culture–so make sure not only do try some local brews but also learn how to say hello (“Ni hao”) or goodbye (“Zai jian”) when ordering one!
The people are friendly, polite and helpful.
- Chinese people are very polite, friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you and make sure that you are comfortable in their country.
- Chinese people are very welcoming of foreigners and eager to learn about other cultures. If you have any questions or need help with anything, just ask!
- The Chinese culture is amazing – there’s so much history here that has been passed down through the generations for thousands of years! It’s fascinating how much pride they take in preserving their heritage even though China has changed so much over time due to modernization efforts from governments as well as individual citizens themselves (you’ll see many examples when visiting).
The history is fascinating, especially in Beijing and Xi’an.
The history is fascinating, especially in Beijing and Xi’an.
Beijing is home to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. It’s also a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back thousands of years. Xi’an has even more history: it was once known as Chang’an (the capital of China for over 1,000 years), and it’s now home to one of the most famous archaeological sites on Earth–the Terracotta Army from Qin Shi Huangdi’s Mausoleum!
If you’re into martial arts, you’ll love Tai Chi Chuan and Kung Fu.
If you’re into martial arts, Tai Chi Chuan and Kung Fu are two styles that are very popular in China. There are many other styles of martial arts, each with its own history and traditions.
Martial arts are a great way to stay fit and healthy while learning something new–and they’re also an important part of Chinese culture!
China is an incredible place to visit!
China is an incredible place to visit. It’s the most populous country in the world, with more than 1.3 billion people living there. The food is delicious and diverse, ranging from noodles to dumplings to BBQ duck. The people are friendly as well; you’ll find them eager to practice their English on you!
The history of China is fascinating and ancient–the Great Wall was built 2200 years ago! But despite its long history, modern life can be seen all over the country as well; skyscrapers rise up against ancient temples, while shopping malls line busy streets alongside traditional teahouses and tea gardens (you’ll definitely want to try some tea).
Conclusion
If you’re thinking about going to China, I highly recommend it. It’s an incredible place to visit and the people are friendly, polite and helpful. The food is amazing too!
